I want to take this time to testify of the goodness of Jesus Christ and how he has brought me so far in this journey in doing jaw surgery.
I was worried about many things over the past 4 years but I took each challenge one by one with Him leading the way and all I can say is without Him I won't be here right now.
Firstly I thank God for giving me the strength to go through some very difficult years. Pain is something no one wants to go through and I praise God for helping me overcome my fears and take things one by one. Once on the other side of pain I realize things are never as bad as you think it may be! Fear is in the mind!
I want to thank God for the finances in enabling me to do this operation. Money was always an issue and getting insurance cover for a procedure that Insurance companies often deem cosmetic was an uphill battle. But God made a way yet again!
I want to thank God for all the challenges placed in my way in my numerous endeavors in life. Without these difficulties I don't think i would have gone all the way.
For all the right people he has connected me too. Doing something like this requires confidence in the team that is operating on you and I really thank God for Dr Winston and Dr Wee and their great team at The Oral Maxillofacial Practice in Singapore!
Lastly I want to thank God for supportive parents, family and friends who have always been there for me and been there at my lowest.
